By creating jobs precisely in the micro-regions of highest slavery concentration, ESA removes what makes people most vulnerable — lack of a viable way to support themselves and their families — while helping those coming out of slavery reach sustainable freedom. 

ESA is building the economic infrastructure required to end slavery in our lifetime, starting with an incubator for survivor-led businesses and an impact fund that surgically places capital for maximum fair-wage job creation while generating market-rate returns. With a goal of mobilizing $1 billion in for-profit investment over the next decade, ESA is proving that ending slavery isn't charity — it's a scalable economic opportunity.
